Hi! I'm Angela, proud boy mom. I'm originally from Minneapolis and decided to move to San Diego in 2004 because I couldn't think of a reason not to! Post-baby I was struggling with the overall change motherhood brings. My body was completely different. A friend of mine mentioned there were classes where you could bring your baby to work out with you. One google search later and I found the FIT4MOM LA MESA Village. I attended my first class in August of 2018. Stroller Strides classes, Body Well, and the whole FIT4MOM community has empowered every aspect of my life. I get to connect with other moms, connect with my son, and my son gets to connect with other kids his age. As an instructor of FIT4MOM LA MESA, I can't wait to help other moms get stronger, find support, and most importantly have fun!
