Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. Each 60-minute, total body workout incorporates power walking, strength, toning, songs and activities. Certified fitness instructors offer a variety of fun class formats both indoors and outdoors.

Fit4Baby is a prenatal fitness program created to safely and effectively teach women to exercise throughout their pregnancy. Classes include warm-up, strength training, cardio, stretching and balancing exercises that change as your baby grows. Classes are taught at Grossmont Sharp Hospital in La Mesa.
