How do I place my membership on hold or cancel it?

Email lamesa@fit4mom.com to change the status of your membership. All requests need to be received in writing 30 business days before the next payment is due. Once payment processes there are no refunds.

Memberships will be placed on hold for a maximum of 2 months. A one time $20 hold fee will be processed for each requested hold period. A membership can not be placed on hold more than two times within a 12 month period. Our system auto prorates payments so no paid membership is lost.
