Hi Mamas! I am so excited to announce I will be a new fit4mom instructor! I have been part of La Mesa Fit4mom for a year and half. I love it so much I decided to become more involved. Most of you know me but for those who don’t, I am a San Diego native. I was a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep before I had my daughter, Siena, in 2020. Around this time I became a stay at home mom and while I was grateful for the opportunity, it was very isolating being home full time during the pandemic. Fit4mom was the first group I joined that felt like a safe and welcoming community for me and Siena. To me Fit4mom is the perfect trifecta - workout, community and child friendly!

I whole heartedly believe every mama needs a village and I am so grateful to be a part of this village and share it with others.

I look forward to being on the other side of class leading you all in a fun and challenging workout while keeping the kiddos entertained!
