Hi Mamas! I’m Elise, Mom of 2 little and a proud wife! I’ve been a FIT4MOM instructor for 4.5 years!

I’m a San Diego native and a former Pharmaceutical Sales Rep turned stay-at-home mom after having my daughter, Siena, in 2020. I welcomed my baby boy, Luca, in 2024, and our FIT4MOM village has meant even more to me since expanding our family.

FIT4MOM has truly been the perfect trifecta for me — a great workout, a supportive community, and a place where our little ones are always welcome. I wholeheartedly believe every mama needs a village, and I’m so thankful for ours!

You’ll find me teaching Stroller Strides and Strides 360. I can’t wait to see you all at the park for a fun, empowering workout while we keep the kiddos entertained!
