Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. Each 60-minute, total body workout incorporates power walking, strength, toning, songs and activities. Certified fitness instructors offer a variety of fun class formats. We also offer a free Our Village Moms Playgroup so moms can form lasting friendships with other moms through organized playdates, moms' nights out, and activities for the whole family. A Mom's Night Out is also planned monthly.

Body Back® is a results-based workout designed specifically for women to focus on themselves. Each session runs for 8 weeks and includes before & after assessments, 2 classes per week, Mama Wants Her Body Back DVD's and Food Journals.

Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. more

Enjoy fun and playful activities with your child and build a tight community of like minded moms to share advice, tips and most importantly laughter.
